Digital Transformation is a journey, and its outcome is so rewarding for those organizations able to achieve high maturity levels.


Once passed level 3, an organization becomes a virtual organization where all customer interactions are instant and comprehensive. Customers will be amazed by the experience and business value they receive way higher than the money they pay. Level 5 does not mean the organization becomes a robot but rather a lean, soft, and lovely business platform.


Level 1

Guru Secure & Reliable Infrastructure

The completion of level 1 means a modern secure, and reliable infrastructure, with private or public cloud storage, VOIP, video conferencing, access control, virtual desktop computers, and virtualized platform for provisioning and de-provisioning of services,

Preparation for level 2: Computers run only a browser, no data is stored on individual computers, data is mainly structured, with no redundancy,


Level 2

Guru Automation of Business Processes

Completing level 2 means building or implementing business applications to automate all organization's business processes. Level 2 means offering services online to business stakeholders and fully integrating those multiple systems.

Preparation for level 3: Take out the need for unproductivity tools such as word processors, sheets, PowerPoint, and reduce the email use and replace that with systems' notifications.


Level 3

Guru of Complete Automation

The completion of stage 3 means the complete services of the organization are fully automated, from inside and outside the organization. The term complete automation may be misunderstood as that is not limited to the initial transaction request as it covers all possible subsequent follow-up of the business activities. Level 3 means no human interaction but systems at work.

Preparation to level 4: The company organizational elements are designed to harmonize the core automation.



Level 4

The Viral Company

Completing level 4 means the entire organization will act as a virtual company. Most business activities are executed by systems and are ready to serve business stakeholders 24/7. Human interaction is very minimal. At this level, organizations may depend on their developed systems to precisely fit the architecture required.

Preparation to level 5: Architect the automated business processes to dynamically learn and get optimized as per the stakeholders' behaviors and conditions.


Level 5

The Artificially Intelligent Company

Level 5 means the organization depends on AI mechanisms to update business processes and rules. The optimization rules are initially updated by stuff and gradually are moved under the control of machine learning algorithms.
